Welcome to Tuffnells' new online proof of delivery service, allowing you to find
out when your parcel was delivered, and who signed for it - all in your own
time!
All you need to use this new service is your Account Number and the Consignment
Number and you can find out for yourself when it was delivered. The entire
process takes place on a specially installed secure server at Tuffnells so any
information you type in and see will be completely secure.
If you have any further queries, please contact your local Depot's Customer
Service Department.
