Technology to enhance customer services is now top of the strategic agenda

Whilst Tuffnells may well be one of the oldest established parcel carriers in the UK, our technology is most certainly not. Over the last five years Tuffnells have invested millions in technology to raise the standard, by supplying standard and bespoke customer solutions as good as any in the sector.
The next decade will see Tuffnells now going that one step further than any other, as technology to enhance customer services is now top of the strategic agenda for development of the organisation.
Tuffnells know that competitive advantage cannot be sustained indefinitely and therefore that is why Tuffnells have chosen to invest in innovation through technology.
This all goes full circle back to Tuffnells overall ethos of being a "People Focused Business". Tuffnells know full well that people create innovation and simply buying the latest technology does not. That is why Tuffnells is committed to investing in the latest skills and training for their I.T. team and to creating and environment where "ideas are king". Staff at all levels are actively encouraged to have input into development of systems and ultimately, our customer's are encouraged to get involved in new initiatives with their own ideas of how we can best serve them. |
