Our Two Man Freight Service is designed for specialist deliveries, ensuring the safe and secure handling of bulky, fragile, or high-value goods. Our carrier partners trained two-man teams provide a professional and reliable service, making sure your items are handled with the highest level of care.

This service offers a flexible, customer-focused delivery experience, including the choice of either threshold delivery, ground floor delivery or room-of-choice placement. With full nationwide coverage, we can deliver anywhere in the UK with efficiency and reliability. Customers stay informed with regular tracking updates and a two-hour delivery window for added convenience. We also have the option for a white-glove delivery service, this service provides unpacking, assembly, installation (excluding wet installation) and placement of large, heavy items ensuring a hassle-free experience for the customer. 

Service Breakdown:

This service is best suited to senders with large, bulkier goods, not suitable for a One Man network. The service specialises in Business to Residential deliveries with a small percentage of Business deliveries. Up to 4 metres in length and 145 kilograms per individual item on a weight banded kilogram or cubic metre (depending on which is higher) rate tariff. Fuel surcharges do apply.

Next Day Service: Our Next-Day offering provides delivery on the next working day and is available 5 days of the week. This service is ideal for high-ticket items, and white goods that require fast delivery for household emergencies.

Nominated Day Service: Our Nominated Day offering allows your customers to receive their delivery within a set period, which is typically 48 hours. A great service for products categorised as "needed but not in a hurry" such as fitness equipment, and cycling equipment.

Diary Booked: Our most popular offering, Diary Booking provides your customers with the power to book a delivery date that is suitable for them at a point in the near future. It's simple and intuitive - that's all there really is to it.

48/72 Hour: Our 48/72 Hour Service is the ideal choice for cost-effective deliveries that don’t require immediate next-day transit. It’s perfect for businesses balancing speed with value, offering a dependable solution for non-urgent freight and parcel deliveries.

Maximum weight based on service is: 85 kilograms for any Room of Choice / 120 kilograms for Ground Floor only / 145 kilograms for Threshold only

Volumetric Cubing Calculation: Height x Width x Length (for example; 0.30m x 0.30m x 2.50m = 0.225 cubic metres
