We provide upgraded delivery windows, allowing you to choose from early morning, mid-morning or midday deliveries based on urgency and cost-efficiency. With seamless, day-definite nationwide coverage, you can reach your customers wherever they are with complete confidence.

Real-time tracking provides visibility of every parcel, including delivery windows of just one to four hours and instant proof-of-delivery notifications available on request from our Customer Service team. For added security, you can opt for premium services such as Signature Required or Direct Delivery Only, giving you a white-glove experience for your parcels. Our friendly UK-based support team, backed by decades of logistics expertise, is always available to help.

Service Breakdown:
 

This service is best suited to senders with smaller, lighter consignments requiring fast and reliable delivery. It is ideal for Business to Residential and Business to Business deliveries, with a strong focus on residential delivery accuracy. Parcels are managed on a weight-banded kilogram tariff, with volumetric pricing applied where the cubic size exceeds the actual weight. Fuel surcharges do apply.

Maximum parcel dimensions and weights: Maximum Weight per Parcel: 70 kilograms / Maximum Length per Parcel: 2.7 metres / Maximum Girth (Length + 2 x Width + 2 x Height) = 300 to 400cm

Please be advised that freight above 1 metre in length and 25 kilograms in weight will be subject to Out of Gauge charges such as the Large Package Surcharge, Additional Handling Surcharge or Over Maximum Limits Out of Gauge Surcharge. This can be discussed with your Sales Manager in your initial introduction meeting to ensure you understand and have full transparency of all applicable costs.
